How to use this tool:

  1. Length: Use a steady ruler to measure the top side from the base to the tip.
  2. Circumference (Girth): Use a flexible measuring tape around the middle section.
  3. Result: The tool will provide the Total Volume in cubic inches ($in^3$), which is a more complete metric than length alone for health tracking.

Technical Accuracy:

This tool utilizes the Cylindrical Volume Formula ($V = h \cdot \pi r^2$). Since we use circumference ($C$) instead of radius ($r$), the formula is adjusted to $V = L \cdot (C^2 / 4\pi)$. This is the most accurate geometric estimation for anatomical structures.
